Tai Chi Forms Fall 2 (Beginners & Intermediate)

Beginner & Intermediate Tai Chi Forms

Develop balance, coordination, flexibility, and relaxation while learning the graceful movements of tai chi. This class is designed for both beginners who are ready to learn their first tai chi form and intermediate students looking to refine and build upon their practice.

Students will learn a simplified Yang-style tai chi form through step-by-step instruction in a supportive and welcoming environment. Each class introduces new movements while reviewing previously learned techniques through demonstrations, repetition, and individualized coaching to help build confidence and improve form.

Whether you're new to tai chi or looking to strengthen your existing skills, this class offers a great opportunity to improve balance, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Participants are encouraged to practice between classes to reinforce what they've learned and maximize the benefits of their tai chi journey.
