Tai Chi Forms Summer 2 (Thursdays)

This course is perfect for anyone interested in learning a tai chi form, which is a sequence of movements that are linked together. While it is recommended to participate in the Tai Chi and Qigong Foundations class as a first step, it is not necessary. In this course, you will have the opportunity to learn a Yang family Simplified form created by Master Alex Dong, which is great for beginners and intermediate students alike.

Throughout each class, you will progressively learn the form, with each movement being introduced in one-hour sessions. Additionally, we will take the time to review previously taught movements, ensuring that you have a clear understanding and allowing for plenty of demonstration, repetitions, and individual coaching. To provide the best support, our class size is limited to 10 participants, which allows for personalized coaching and guidance.

To truly obtain the maximum benefit from the course, it is recommended for students to practice between classes. This will not only enhance your progress but also help you attain the best results from your tai chi practice.
